Birdseye view of Sanssouci park in winter, Potsdam, Berlin, Germany.
We were recently in Berlin working and decided some aerial images of the snow scattered landscape were required. Here are a few drone images taken over the Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam, just on the outskirts of Berlin. It was a design / build job completed by Georg Wenzeslaus von Knobelsdorff between 1745 and 1747. King Fredrick decided he needed a retreat where he could escape from the pomp and ceremony of the Berlin court, Sanssouci was the result. In 1990 the site became a World Heritage site protected by UNESCO.

The Chinese House, designed by Johann Gottfried Buring between 1755 and 1764, viewed from the air in winter, Sanssouci park, Potsdam, Berlin, Germany.
